According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. We do not accept virtual cards. *WE DO NOT ACCEPT payment with third party cards or virtual cards. If the card card holder is not staying at the Hotel (to present documentation) or if payment or if the payment is made with a virtual card, the reception will request a new payment a new payment with a physical card and the previous payment will be reversed. *CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED The name on the credit card used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest who will be accommodated at the property. For reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be filled out and a copy of the ID document and credit card used must be presented. Please note that only 1 child under 5 years old sharing a bed with the parents will benefit from free accommodations. The 2nd child will pay the full rate. All guests under the age of 18 will need to present a valid photo ID to prove their identity and that of their parents. This document will need to be provided even if the minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
