The ski room wasn’t warm. It was not possible to dry the ski boots

It was a good experience. The staff were nice and pleasant and the breakfast was really good. Switzerland is very pricey compared to other destinations but this hotel is decent and affordable. It's easy to get around using the public bus which is FREE and the bus stop is located only a few feet away from the hotel.

There was a strange smell like garbage coming from the facility located to the back of the hotel. But we kept the balcony door closed so it was not an issue.

Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and gracious. The location was convenient to hiking and the town's amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view up the valley from the balcony.

We had no hot water. While the staff acknowledged the issue, no effort was made to offer us a discount or rectify the situation.
