Hotel Martinis Marchi

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at the hotel. The reception and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the restaurant service left much to be desired given the standard of the hotel. When we inquired about cocktails—listed as available—we were told they were only served if the bar staff “felt like it.” Additionally, the restaurant staff lacked knowledge about the wine; one bottle was introduced to us simply as “the one with the white label.” It was also disappointing that no lunch options were offered by the pool, as this would have significantly enhanced our experience. For a hotel of this caliber, it would be ideal if the pool area were adults-only during certain hours, as it was at times overrun by children. When no children were present, it was really calm and relaxing, however! Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The hotel was beautiful and well located . The staff went out of their way to make the guest’s stay a perfect experience, nothing was too much trouble . Everywhere was spotless . There are only 9 suites so at times we felt as though we were staying in a house on our own . Stay in the Tower Suite if you can , the views were exceptional and the space felt so relaxing

We loved the delicious breakfast with the best ever scrambled eggs, the very pleasant and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. The pool was quiet and a great place to relax and read a good book. The whole experience was excellent.

No negatives

This is the most unique and special place to stay. Only nine rooms make it especially pleasant for a family traveling together. We were there at the end of the season, so it was just our family, and we were spoiled from the minute we arrived. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast was lovely, and all of the staff were exceptional.

We had wonderful staycation at the hotel and when in doubt which room to pick up, we got help from the lady in frontdesk. In the end we pick up the biggest room in the hotel and enjoyed every minute. Not only because we felt so welcome. Thank you for the heartfelt help and stay. And the room - amazing
