You will be sent an email from the property 3 days prior to arrival with these instructions. This property has a strict "No Party Policy". Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees may be charged. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with an Mastercard and Visa credit card issued inside of Australia Please note that there is a 3.85% surcharge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card issued outside of Australia. Please note that Akom at Docklands requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check into cover any incidental charged, and you are kindly requested to present a valid credit card upon arrival. The deposit amounts are as follows: One Bedroom Apartments: AUD $400.00 Two Bedrooms Apartments: AUD $500.00 Three Bedrooms Apartments: AUD $750.00 Upon booking, we will charge the deposit for the first night. Credit card surcharge is nonrefundable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
