Please note that the hotel will request a credit card pre authorization or advanced payment upon or before check-in. The hotel no longer accepts contactless payments due to numerous frauds. Kindly note that the card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking was made by a third party, please contact the property directly to secure the booking with a third party payment authorization, or make alternative arrangements. According to Federal Law 8069 / 1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present written permission for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and a model with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid photo ID that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is with his/her parents. If the minor is invited by only one of the parents, it will be necessary to present an authorization notarized and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of his/her identity document. More than 3 apartments are already considered a group and the amount must be prepaid in full.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
