Le personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins ! Nous avons apprécié leur disponibilité et leur sourire. De la réception au service de chambres en passant par le restaurant où nous avons fait la connaissance du chef Eric qui nous a littéralement charmé par sa gentillesse et son sens de l'humour sans oublier sa cuisine qui est tout simplement exceptionnelle! D'ailleurs si nous avons pris tous nos diners au restaurant de l'hôtel pendant notre séjour c'était pour goûter le maximum des mets délicieux qu'il propose au menu et nous n'avons jamais été déçus! Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour dans cette belle région qu'est l'Auvergne afin de tous les retrouver et de profiter de la piscine ainsi que des bonnes crêpes marocaines de Maria au petit déjeuner!
