Cecil Court Hotel

Nice little hotel in a convenient location to the town centre and the beach . Pleasant staff . The room had everything you would need in a mid range hotel . Comfortable bed and pillows, freeview tv, tea and coffee and good shower albeit small ensuite. We were on the ground floor ,which was fine for a night or two but would go for upper floor if staying longer. Lovely freshly cooked to order breakfast included in our room rate

I was told we had bookied a de-lux bedroom on suite, but was very disapointed. There were no shelves in the very small bathroom not even for a bar of soap which thankfully we took with us,only one towlel each so after having a shower, the following morning our towles were wet. The blind was not working in the bedroom,and window was unable to open.I said I was disabled on the phonje to Hotel.com who promised me a good service not on the top floor!

I booked a single room and was not disappointed. Room more than adequate with tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, television, Wi-Fi, washing accessories, good shower/towel and mat, table and comfortable bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful and there was a nice bar area that I used to drink and chat in. Though I don't drive, there was plenty of parking and the hotel was full. Pleasant walk along the cliff to the Bournemouth Pier area with plenty of seats to enjoy the view. I was here for a club championship supported by AEGON, held at West Hants Club, and the information centre provided bus details of how to get there. A good experience and one I may replicate in the future.

the hotel was excellent, clean tidy and comfortable. would stay there again. only down side was parking, although there are car spaces available the hotel was nearly fully booked and parking was tight and the on road parking was full..still a very nice place to stay.

Needed hotel just for one night, room was a really good price with breakfast included.

Had a great stay , Ollie and staff were brilliant what ever u needed was done straight away . Rooms were very clean and comfortable , had a great choice at breakfast couldn't wish for a better stay . Will definitely stay here again !!!

Had a really enjoyable stay from the moment we were welcomed at the door by "Ollie"....we were on the top floor but had our case taken up with no problem by staff ...Ollie explained how everything worked and where everything was in the room.... breakfast was more than enough and served hot and well presented. all the staff were very pleasant and helpful from the owner down to the staff that looked after the room and facilities .would recommend "The Cecil Court to anyone who wants a stay in Bournemouth Thanks again and see you soon..

Got there it was two star not three place clean breakfast good but room was small bill said room 12 but was sent to room 9 which only had a wardrobe no where to put anything else had to keep in suitcase. Shouting and screaming in street at night until 3pm in morning. Iron was broken and had to ask for hair drier as they had taken it out for a stag night and not replaced it. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
