The Repose

It's not value for money... Though stuffs are very nice and cooperative and it's old Moroccan style interior , on the roof it has a terrace but those who are looking accomodation for central area with modern style living ,it's not for them.... Very very much over priced...a beach is there with in 1 km but very dirty beach.... Not to expect much ...

Beautiful setting and awesome staff!

Staff were exceptional, attentive and accommodating. Location was in the heart of the Medina so we were immediately immersed in the daily action. Lots of attention paid to decorating details.

Excellent experience at the Repose. Jan was very kind and helpful as well as all of the staff. The riad is beautifully and tastefully decorated and there is a clear desire for excellence in presentation of everything from food to area recommendations. No better place to stay in Salé!

The bed was a bit hard but that’s my only complaint!

The Repose is located within the Sale Medina down an alley off a main thoroughfare beside the city wall. This Medina is not a tourist spot so quiet and authentic. It Is a short walk to the beach and the marina (restaurants) and a 5 minute rowboat across to the Kasbah in Rabat so it is well situated. The mango room is one of the smaller rooms however very comfortable and charming. The staff were very helpful with various requests.

Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The roof terrace is lovely, weather permitting. Sale is an authentic medina with not so many tourists. The local people are very friendly, polite and welcoming. Jan and her family are fantastic hosts, always available for advice. Breakfast is delicious!
