"Ons sprookje in Salé..."

Een klein stukje lopen de Medine van Salé in achter een mooie grote deur liepen we een sprookje binnen. We werden zo lief ontvangen door Jan, we kregen Marokkaanse thee met heerlijke lekkernijen, nooit eerder zo'n leuk welkom gehad. Toen we onze kamer binnen kwamen was ons sprookje compleet. Hoe bedenk je het allemaal, erg mooi! De bedden zijn heerlijk, vaak zijn de bedden te hard in Marokko. Het ontbijt op het dak terras en het diner was geweldig! 2 Avonden heerlijk gegeten voor weinig. De Riad ligt op een perfecte plek, het is maar een klein stukje lopen naar de uitmonding van de zee, daar neem je een taxi vissers bootje naar het centrum van Rabat. Vanaf de Riad sta je binnen 15 min sta je in de Medina van Rabat. Kon niet beter! Soms vind je juweeltjes in Marokko, deze was er zeker één!

"Herzliche Atmosphäre"

Sehr ruhige Lage inmitten der Altstadt. Das Riad ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet

Stellenweise war in unserem Zimmer zu sehen, dass die Unterkunft ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Dinner was the best meal I had in Morocco! The team was fantastic and I really appreciated Jan's tips and recommendations. The room decor is lovely and I had no trouble navigating the Medina with maps.me.

The Chefchouen room faces the street and I heard motorcycles and street noise until 11:30/midnight when I put in my earplugs and turned out the light. On my return I stayed in the Assiliah room which was quieter, though one floor up.

This is a fantastic stay. We found our host Jan and Miriam our waitress to be absolutely some of the best. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are as described, clean and comfortable. If possible take advantage of the chance to have a meal. We were surprised and delighted. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it actually is genuinely restful with a happy relaxed atmosphere.
