We had an awful experience from arrival to departure. - When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff in the front desk. - The room was smelly - The bathroom was dirty - The shower head was broken - The bed sheets were dirty - The room amenities are old - We purchased the room with breakfast and could only get hot chocolate with a croissant because there were no eggs and everything else had run out and it was a Sunday at 7 AM. This is not a 3 stars hotel. Overall, this was by far the works hotel stay experience I have had.

The room, tho small, was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The early breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very nice and pleasant. Great restaurant a few blocks away.

"Viagem familiar - passagem "

Apenas de passagem , próximo do aeroporto. Transfer bem difícil pra conseguir ir aeroporto x hotel, Tivemos que gastar com táxi. No geral pegamos um quarto que tinha 2 cômodos e espaço. Atendeu.

Quiet, big room and near airport. Only small hiccup was ac unit didn’t work so we suffered the first night. Luckily the weather was not too bad.
