Value for money. Nice location and very close to the terminals

Checked in on line as requested. Apparently, only required to pick up room key. Check in was chaotic. At least 20 people in line and one person on desk. We went to front of queue but the fast track system was denied by staff and we were told to go to the back of the queue. Finally, he acknowledged we had check in and gave us the room key.

Close to the airport for a quick stop over. Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is mostly fine, but the bed was awful. The mattress was as cheap as can be. It was uncomfortable, and weirdly rounded on the top and slanted to the side. If I laid on my back, it felt like I was lying on a rounded surface with my back arched. On my side, I felt like I was on an uphill or downhill slope. The pillow was soft and fluffy and thus had no support, so I had to squeeze it into a ball for my head. I had a rotten sleep.

Great hotel!

When we checked in there was no water. It didn't come back on until 03:30 at which time it was orange colored and there was no hot water for showers.

As many have stated the hotel is very basic and needs major investment to take it up to a minimal standard. The staff really try their best to make the hotel ok. The shuttle service is very poor especially when the grumpy guy is on driving duties.

Not a good start to our one night stay The shuttle bus call button at the airport gave a garbled recorded message which was impossible to understand or repeat So we walked with our luggage On arrival the receptionist said that the specific phone in reception for this service had not rung- he did not apologise, nor react when I suggested it should be checked- we booked this hotel on the basis of proximity and a shuttle Luckily the walk was ‘doable’ for us - I suspect the shuttle does not run on a request basis - beware of this (There were some very cheap garish attempts at Halloween decorations around reception- thankfully I assume these will not be around for long.) The room was as one would expect, the bathroom a little better Supper in the restaurant was perfectly acceptable and improved by the lovely efficient and friendly service of our waitress The shuttle in the morning was on time and as promised

Small but comfortable room. Very kind and attentive staff. Decent restaurant. Airport shuttle at 5am on Sunday morning was empty except for me. CAUTION: walk-in shower is very slippery, there is nothing to hold onto to, and it is easy to fall.
