situé dans une zone commerciale en bord d'autoroute, environnement bof bof tres bon petit déjeuner Diner moyen dans une ambiance glauque et froide chambre confortable sans chichi. Très bon accueil à la réception à mon arrivée comme à mon départ

Respan Nainen käyttäytyi todella erikoisesti. En halua arvioida syytä. Hotellin ravintolan illallinen oli surkea. Huone ok, mutta kylppäri liian pieni. Parisängystä oli tullut kaksi erillissänkyä, mikä epämukavaa. Tulen jatkossa välttämään tämän ketjun hotelleja. Saman hintaluokan Campanile hotellit ovat aina keskitasoa-hyviä.

"Déçu du service"

Il n'y avait pas de drap recouvrant le matelas lorsque j'ai voulu me reposer à mon arrivée. J'ai donc appelé l'accueil qui m'a répondu qu'il fallait que j'aille chercher un drap à l'accueil... Pas digne d'un établissment 3 étoiles. Au final j'ai reporté ma sieste et continué de travailler. Après avoir diné, je suis passé par l'accueil et un membre du personnel est allé mettre en place le drap manquant. "Contrat satisfaction IBIS 15 min" non tenu.

Hotel bien situé directement à la sortie de l'autoroute en arrivant de Lyon pour Clermont-Sud. Facile d'accès. Acceuil 24H/24 pratique. Chambre ok.

les chambres sont trop petite il doit y avoir 20cm entre les murs et lit! La salle de bains également est exiguë une personne un peu forte aura du mal à se doucher ou simplement aller au toilette. Le wifi est pour ainsi dire inutile tellement qu'il est lent. La literie est correct et les draps agréable. Pas mal de rangement. Il y a canal+ sur la tv. Le petit dej est fourni mais rien d'exceptionnel. personnel agréable.
