Ho soggiornato in questo hotel vicino all'aeroporto e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. La camera era pulita, confortevole e perfetta per riposarsi prima o dopo del volo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente, pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso per qualsiasi esigenza. Inoltre, la posizione è davvero ottima: comodissima per raggiungere l'aeroporto in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comfort, professionalità e praticità.

Il mio soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Non ho riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo: tutto è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

"Avoid staying at the Ibis Couer d'Orly."

The bed and the bathroom.

The staff was obviously overwhelmed. It took three times, with two sets of keys to get access to the elevator and our room. The first room and keyt they gave us, was occupied. The AC did not work all night.

"Cafards dans la salle de bain !!"

CAFARDS dans la salle de bain … odeur d’humidité très forte. J’ai vu 3 cafards dans la salle de bain lors de la nuit. Avec un départ prévu à 3h du matin, autant vous dire que j’étais ravie. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout. Personnel très peu aimable.

The buffet was good. The walk to the airport was convenient.

Location is great

I had to wait 20-30 min in order to check-in. There was only one staff at the counter (all other staff were inside the office while one poor guy had to deal with all of us complaining). There was no water at the reception for some reasons. I did not get the room I paid for, I got downgraded while I paid full price.

Convenient for early Orly flight

Aircon not working in a heat wave, had to change rooms 3 times to get one at around 28 degrees. Impossible to get a decent snack - only full buffet meal or vendor machines available. Paper thin walls no help with noisy guests and no answer from reception.

L emplacement c'est tout

Bien ma chambre était petite par à port la photo et sale, jetait obligé de allé chercher moi même serviette et produit pour ce laver télé marché plus au moin affiche un prix on paye plus chair et en plein canicule que nous nous sommes arrivé trop d'attente et obligé de payé avant de s'installe wc cuvette pas sentre mis que la place bien car pas trop loin de l aéroport de orly
