We could not charge our phones with the outdated wall socket . There were no wall USB outlet. The light in the toilet was not working. The microwave is old and outdated.

The staff was very friendly like the lady that was in reception she was very helpful and your cleaners was brilliant and very helpful , good customer service , good communicators and fast pace .

The advertisement and what we received is another thing , we booked as the advert was studio apartment and full kitchen set cause we bought our own self catering meals only to find its not like that . Was really dissapointed wish they were some where some how they should have a button to select studio apartment or simple room . That put us in other cost cause we had to change and do take aways , what about the self catering we bought 🥺🥺🥺😰
