Good location and great for a quick rest before boarding a flight. Only spent 6 hours here in a transit room but was able to sleep and have a shower before heading to the airport. Great value for money

"Terrible hotel, needs a good renovation"

We booked a transit room which was $22 so that was good however we didn’t stay for the 8 hours. It was close to the airport & the staff were friendly

It’s a very run down & dirty hotel with virtually no options for food or anything else. The room was big but so dirty. Stains on wall, toilet roll holder was filthy, mirror was aged & needed updating. Nothing to eat, no bars and nothing that close either. Only 2 tables to sit at by the pool.

The place is nice but lack of.maintenance.. the hotel mention about Spa. But the spa does not working at all. The only one they have is pijat. Wedani is super nice and super good massager. She should get raise salary for her excellent job. I recommend her to any guess who wanna try bali massage in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very far from everything and the entrance street is dark. No light at all. It is not safe to walk around. You need transportation to go to Kuta, segara.

We purely stayed at this hotel as it was supposedly very close to airport and only needed to waste about 8 hours after our resort check out and our late flight back to Sydney. The photos on Booking.com are totally wrong. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was mislead by what I saw & feel I need to say something.

The hotel at first glance looks like it’s not even functioning as a hotel. The pool had tiles on the floor that were broken and just sitting on the floor. The pool ladder steps were all wobbly. The fountain was all crumbled looked like a ruin & doesn’t look like it’s worked in years. There is NO free shuttle to the airport and hasn’t been since covid so I was told so then I had to get my driver back to take us to airport later that night. The air con struggled to work. The shower nozzle barely sprayed in 1 shower. The other toilet didn’t flush and found the water to toilet was turned off when turned back on it started to leak I guess that’s why it was off. For the price I paid $185 for a 2 room 1 night stay 8 hours) was definitely not worth it. I travel quite a lot and I read reviews prior to booking but I didn’t read any about this hotel. I’m yet to I don’t have any photos to add as I felt that there was nothing to take photos of
