Good location

The TV couldn't get french stations

Property was under renovation whole top floor was closed down,thin walls price should have been lower due to Reno I would not recommend this hotel to friend or family.

The location was great. The room service was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The TV in my room didn't work very well and often made an irritating static noise. I stayed for 2 weeks so that was an issue for me. Also the WIFI was erratic.

Walls dirty, [splatter marks], bathroom faucet wouldn't turn off, missing light bulbs, desk chair broken.

Grande chambre confortable

Aucun déjeuner offert avec la chambre…… et vers vers 21:30.. nous avons vu une souris!!!!! Se promener dans notre chambre!!!! Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait mais une compensation aurait été grandement appréciée…

This hotel is highly overrated, and kind of grotty. In fact it's a bit of a dump located in a strip mall between a beer store and an Indian restaurant. The booking.com advertisement totally oversold this place as a hotel and conference centre..laughable. This hotel was nothing less than an overpriced shoddy value hotel.....there was no value to be had here. The bathroom had silverfish and ants. The security bar in the shower was pulling out of the wall. The ice machine didn't work, among other things. The only redeeming feature was.......well there were no redeeming features.
