As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. el spa con sus piscinas fue lo mejor del alojamiento aunque llama la atencion que existan piscinas seprada en el spa para mujeres y hombres

la comida muy regular en especial el desayuno con productos de baja calidad y mal elaborados, pero además pedimos comida a la habitación y la comida estaba muy aceitosa

Buena vista al mar, la cama bien, el casino y OVO bien.

El desayuno regular huevos fríos, personal poco atento y poco amable, poca variedad en cuanto a los dulces. Pelos en la mesa y platos. Y muy mal que cobren por los gorros del Spa. El buffet caro y muy malo que te cobren extra por las bebidas. Ademas es impresentable que pongan un cartel para pagar la propina ( como obligando). La carne dura y grasienta y poca variedad de comida y fría. Tampoco ponen algun cartel que indique el nombre de las comidas. Si bien habia helado este no era autoservicio y la persona encargada nunca estaba presente para poder solicitarlo. En el desayuno poca proactividad del personal para reponer los alimentos, y no corresponde que el pasejero tenga que indicarles la falta de reposición. Tina de la ducha inundada no la arreglaron, papelero del baño muy pequeño, limpieza de la habitación deficiente, la almohadas incomodas. Se escucha el ruido del casino. En resumen pague una alta cantidad de dinero no existiendo un ajuste entre precio y calidad.

"Al final no fue agradable"

Pague dos noches del 18 al 20 ..y por razones personales ..me retire el 19 am y avise .. luego llame por el día que quedó pagado .. y me informan que lo perdí… no fue lo que conversé con la recepción.. que quedaría como abono para una próxima ida al hotel .. ayer me informaron que eso se perdió .. nada más ..no lo encuentro que sea así ya que avise mi retiro y quedando una noche ..pagada y no ocupada .. necesito respuesta claras a este mi correo.. saludos transportes Tamblay Ltda..
