Location was good, food was decent and staff was nice.

The room facilities were very poor. Poorly cleaned, toilet was broken and the shower was wrongly installed I had to fix them both. Towels had holes on them. I had a booking for two nights and after the first one I tried to cancel the second one and get a refund but nobody from the hotel could be bothered to answer me.
