It was a little far from restaurants and the Palace.
Free parking turned out to be in the shopping center lot. Asked for a wake up call but it never came . Room just too small and no coffee /tea pot in room. This chain just a step above Brit hotels And stuck in the 60’s. Good bye forever !
Had the worst two nights of sleep at this hotel. Rooms are small and like being in a prison cell. Given the rate, certainly not worth it. I expected a budget experience, but this was far worse than expected. Further, they tried to charge me for a breakfast I did not eat and had to have them remove it from the final bill. Never again.
Stayed here for a weekend in October, the weather wasn't brilliant. Rooms are compact but comfortable and modern with great wifi connection. Shame there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room though.
Air conditioning was broken and construction next door, the service people were accommodating with our luggage a bicycle.
The hotel is right next to one of the largest shopping centers in the country. There was some construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay. This was the smallest room we had of the 4 hotels in which we stayed during this trip. However, the price was excellent, and the best bargain of the trip.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was eager to help plan my schedule for the day and it was a short and pleasant walk to the Versailles gardens, the mormon temple, and fun places to eat.

Great location, very close to Versailles. Clean rooms and warm staff.
Hotel was much better than other visits. Wifi has been improved and actually works now. Service was excellent
