On our final leg before returning home to New Zealand after time away in Europe and Asia. The service had at this hotel was the best we received throughout our entire trip across both continents. In particular Raymond and Melody - they went over and above what we would consider to be normal service and were exceptional. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The complimentary breakfasts were well supplied with Asian and Western cuisine and being a buffet style, our family was well set up for the day every day. The rooms were comfortable, had firm and soft pillows and large towels. Whilst the AC would only go as low as 23 degrees Celsius, the staff supplied portable units to help cool it even more as needed. The gym was one of the better ones we have used with a wide range of gear and quality gear at that. The pool was large - you need to purchase a swimming cap to use. Starbucks is next door, as is a large local eating area where locals eat to the NE. Supermarket underground of the same area. It’s a bit of a way from most tourist spots but travelling by DiDi in air conditioned vehicles for half an hour was quite relaxing and no biggie cost-wise either. DiDi and taxis pick up and drop off at the door with staff ready to assist. Possibly gushing over this a bit too much suffice to say that the service of the staff there at this hotel were exceptional and they made it so. Well done to the team and managers there - you nailed it.

Wonderful place for the family. They were so great with our kids. Location is not the best but is ok.
