Hilton Chennai

My wife and I often stay in Hilton Chennai when we visit South India. I can say for sure that the hospitality and professionalism is excellent and consistent. Thank you must be said to the entire team right from the concierge/ security, front office, housekeeping and the Culinary team and executive lounge personnel. A shout out to Munusamy, Sheela, Baskar who always greet us warmly (always with a smile).... they are such an incredible support to the HIlton Chennai. We must also mention Sabana, Sunitha and Nandana in the Front Office/ Reception and Melody of the Executive Lounge. We cannot say enough of the extremely tasty dishes that were served..... all thanks to the Culinary Team and the Executive Chefs in HIlton. A special mention to the warm and engaging Chef Basha.... he was simply delightful..... surprising us with special dishes. Truly awesome. Thank you all for a great stay. We will return for sure.

Room cleaning was very good 😊 . House keeping associate namely Rineesh T has been excellent . Food also one of the best thing i had here

It was a pleasant experience! The staff were so friendly, especially Kartick from Room dining, he is always pleasant and very accommodating. His warm and friendly disposition makes the stay good! And he also give order on time.

Five stars. I know that there is very grand ITC hotel nearby, I wouldn’t have change hotel for that. I spend three months here and checked in three times in Hilton Chennai since I travelled other places during the weekends. It felt allways that I am coming back home. Also during office days whether I arrived taxi or walked, they were welcomming me very warmly. At last period I spent in the 8th floor and I am very satisfied housekeeping that Pavain provided. All gym’s equipment changed in November 2025. Terrace swimpool suits for longer distance swimming. Service was excellent during breakfast time. They serve tables in good buffet and you can collect what you want as well. Dinner buffet is very nice, but I used mostly very well working room service.

I always look forward to the great service and experience at the Hilton Chennai. The atmosphere, room, and food makes it the best place to stay in Chennai. The fitness center is well maintained and the ambience is restful. This time when I came, I was greeted by Sunitha and she consistently would warmly greet me each time I passed through the lobby. She made sure my needs were met and I was comfortable.

Rineesh T service is very good and quick. He is always smiling and helpful

Had an amazing event and a awesome experience at Hilton Chennai. The staffs were super friendly, and ears to all our requests. I’d totally recommend their services for any of your upcoming events.
