Went to Ayana restaurant for the madurai theme thoonga nagaram cuisine and we really enjoyed the food by chef Rakesh. He was very courteous and kind. Would definitely come back for more theme. All the best to the team.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Hotel Chennai during the Madurai-themed food festival. This was my second visit , earlier i was here with my office colleagues, and once again the hospitality and overall experience were excellent. The food was outstanding — authentic, flavorful, and truly reflective of the taste of Madurai cuisine. Special appreciation to Chef Rakesh for curating such a fantastic menu and delivering exceptional quality in every dish. I would also like to appreciate Kartick for his dedicated and professional service throughout the event. He explained the dishes very well, attended to us with great care, and ensured we had a pleasant dining experience. Lastly, thanks to Bapaaraj for the excellent arrangements and prompt follow-up, which made the entire experience smooth and well organized. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I look forward to visiting again.
