Was there for a company event at the banquets. Wonderful service by the banquet team especially by Afsal and Joyel, they made sure all the breaks and F&B service was on time. Maintained the Hilton standard at food quality, big THANKS to everyone!

Stayed here in March 2026 with family , it’s one of the most conveniently located hotels near to Chennai international airport. Prompt , reliable and good separately arranged airport transport service that was waiting to pick us up at airport and drop us off. Rooms were decent , some parts of toilets looked dated , but still clean . Service by security at hotel , porters , housekeeping etc was good . Breakfast spread and service was excellent . There were special detox juices and also different types of cuisine . Staff even offered us a special see you soon cake :) Special mention of good and prompt service goes to Anantha Kumar , Nunu , Vishal , Ashraf & Ranganathan . Manager and staff came to our breakfast table etc to check in with us if we were happy with service etc . Thank you for the great customer centric service . I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Chennai, and I would like to take a moment to appreciate the exceptional hospitality I experienced during my stay. One aspect I was particularly concerned about before arriving was how Suhoor (Sehar) arrangements would be handled during Ramadan, as it requires very early morning service and proper coordination. However, to my pleasant surprise, the hotel had organized everything remarkably well. The Suhoor service was perfectly timed, ensuring that guests observing the fast could comfortably have their meal without any stress or inconvenience. I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Umar at the reception, who was extremely helpful in arranging and coordinating the Suhoor setup for me. His support, professionalism, and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and worry-free. It truly reflected the care Hilton Chennai extends to its guests. What also stood out was the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Mr. Kartick, who served the meal in the early morning hours, was extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured that everything was arranged smoothly. Despite the early timing, the service was prompt, warm, and handled with great care, which made the experience even more memorable. The food quality, presentation, and overall coordination reflected the high standards of hospitality that Hilton Chennai maintains. It was evident that the team had thoughtfully planned the arrangements for guests observing Ramadan, and this level of attention to detail is truly commendable. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Hilton Chennai, especially Mr. Umar and Mr. Kartick, for going the extra mile to make the experience comfortable and pleasant. Such thoughtful service leaves a lasting impression and truly reflects the spirit of hospitality. A special mention to Akash from housekeeping on the ninth floor — his service was unbelievably good. His attention to detail, promptness, and sincere care truly elevated our stay. The spa services were absolutely wonderful — relaxing, rejuvenating, and delivered with exceptional professionalism. It was truly one of the highlights of the visit. The dining experience was equally impressive, with excellent food quality and attentive service. What made the biggest difference overall was the consistently exceptional customer service. Every request was handled promptly and graciously, and the staff often anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Hilton Chennai exemplifies excellence in hospitality.
