The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was decent. Friendly stuff

The room is in need of renovation; the walls, bathroom, and flooring all look quite worn.

Friendly checking staff. Obviously the interior was updated and clean in public areas as well as our room. Breakfast room was good and offerings what we needed before we left a one night stay.

Little tricky to identify checking parking areas. More signage would help.

Breakfast was good. Selection was good.

The tv was a royal pain. The young woman at the desk came 3 times to help us with it. You definitely need a better tv set up.

Be prepared for them to hold $500 on a credit card for deposit. This is insane!!!! Beyond insane. I stay at hundreds of hotels over the many years and never more than $200 has ever been held. The room was nice at first, couldnt understand the gentleman at the front counter though. But the deposit alone means ill never stay at a Wyndham ever again. Update: After staying 3 nights: the remote wasnt working. I called front desk to ask for a new one. The lady asked if i would like to come get it or her to bring to me. I figured my room is very close so id come get it. She walked passed me on my way to the front desk, walked into the room across from mine, and came to the front desk with the remote from that room. Ridiculous. The location of this hotel is unfortunate, right next to the highway so all you hear all night is drivers using the retarded breaking. The door is paper thin. I heard a cleaning staff member (must have been training a new hire) explaing tasks so clearly im tempted to apply for the job. The fridge ran so loud i unplugged it to get sleep. The only light switch (at all) when you first walk into the room turns on a light dimmer than my phone. Only a couple lamps you have to stumble to find in the dim lite room. No fan in the washroom so any smells you create there are shared with the entire room afterward. Water stained ceiling with obvious bubbling in the wall. Neat feature sort of a safety risk as well, but i left the building at 3 am, or tried to. The automatic doors in the front were locked as the attendant was away, fine, however there was no manual exit in case of emergency, only a sign with a number to call and wait for the attendant to unlock the doors. This was questionable. I booked on booking.com. and thought i had paid with my card, but the hotel charged me daily. Still withholding the aforementioned $500 on my cc. The room overall was decent. But the bedframe had these hooks that protruded out, i smacked my ankle on while getting

Good breakfast! The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

The rooms could have been cleaner, the chairs were not moved when vacuuming, so chips and debris were under them, we had to move the chairs to accommodate a playpen ( which the hotel could not supply, no cribs either). There were plenty of ants in the bathroom perhaps they were after the food crumbs… parking to check in and unload is at the back of the property far away from the main entrance on a steep incline.

Close to the hospital; quiet room; a/c that worked; nice lighting that wasn't cold LEDs.

Shower head was pathetic; towels were old; a torn curtain?; my sister did not like the breakfast potatoes (I didn't have any).
