Positive: • Location: Absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Stockholm. • Staff: The service was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. • Breakfast: Fantastic! Great selection and the design of the breakfast area is beautiful. • Cleanliness: Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The room and the large, modern bathroom were spotless.

Room Standards: This was the biggest disappointment. The first room we were assigned was very cramped and had a noticeable musty smell. After we asked to change, the second room (facing the inner courtyard) was better and had a proper desk, but it still felt like a solid 3-star hotel rather than a 5-star luxury experience. The contrast between the stunning lobby/restaurant and the rooms is quite significant.

I wasn't offered a room despite having a confirmed booking. For a premium hotel that charges more than €300 a night, this is absolutely unacceptable! Never going to book a room in that hotel again, and I travel to Stockholm frequently.

My stay at Nobis Hotel Stockholm ended up being one of the highlights of my Scandinavian trip. I arrived in Stockholm after a very disappointing experience at another hotel, and from the moment I checked in at Nobis, the difference in hospitality was immediately noticeable. Afif at the front desk was especially welcoming, understanding, and attentive, and his approach completely changed the tone of my arrival experience. I had initially booked a smaller room category but agreed to a paid upgrade to a Superior room. What impressed me most was that the team clearly made the effort to assign one of the best rooms within the category. Room 663 was exceptional — spacious by Stockholm standards, beautifully designed with Nobis’ understated Scandinavian aesthetic, and featuring a stunning view over Nybroviken. The room also had an excellent marble bathroom with both a separate shower and bathtub, which made the stay feel especially comfortable and luxurious. Cleanliness throughout the room was impeccable, something I particularly appreciated after my earlier hotel experience in the city. The room layout was also extremely livable, with a proper sitting area, workspace, and excellent natural light. What stood out most, however, was the service culture of the hotel. Interactions consistently felt warm and genuine rather than scripted. The team handled situations with professionalism, calmness, and care — something that truly leaves a lasting impression. I would also like to recognize Andrea from the front desk leadership team for the thoughtful follow-up communication after my stay. Nobis perfectly balances strong design identity with comfort and genuine hospitality, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Stockholm.
