Devasom Hua Hin Resort

The owner of this hotel clearly had a vision, and they achieved it. A true oasis of calm and elegance, with beautiful details, from the flowers dotted around the building to the jazz music quietly playing in the hallways. It is a beautifully understated and charming hotel, perfect for getting away from mainstream tourism. Great restaurant serving fresh meals all day. A wonderful swimming pool and beach access. We were so comfortable that we did not feel the need to leave the resort except for short walks along the beach. Truly a wonderful stay.

Decoration - exterior and interior were spectacular. Very focused on being contemporary vintage and they pulled it off nicely. Attention to details around the room and bathroom were superb. Very photogenic as well. Excellent staff-receptionists and restaurant’s all great.

By being aesthetically pleasing, some small items were showing signs of wear and tear. Bathroom’s door’s hinge kept falling off as well as wash basin’s reverse direction for water hose was a touch unnatural. Small points though.

This was such a lovely place to stay. We chose to splash out on one of the front chalets, we had No1 - and so glad we did. There is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and being able to walk oit almost straight to the beach and the sunbeds, as well as the veranda chairs we also had the double sunbed. It was so special. The room was very tastefully decorated, plenty of storage, a good shower. As others have said, such a good idea to provide snacks and soft drinks in the fridge; the cost would be low but it means there is no stress about lunch. The breakfast is extensive, huge variety and for sure there should be something for everyone in the right quantity. We only ventured off-site once as we were so happy to relax, and the dinner menu again has so much variety you wouldn't get bored. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help and provide superior service, anything we needed! Even the phone by the pool on which we could have drinks delivered, added to the feeling of a very very special place. The size of the hotel makes it feel for intimate too

​Ein überwältigendes Erlebnis der Extraklasse. ​Selten hat mich ein Hotelaufenthalt so tief beeindruckt und begeistert. Dieses Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die wohlige Atmosphäre, die zum sofortigen Abschalten einlädt. Bequeme Betten, sehr guter Frühstück! Die Auswahl war nicht nur reichhaltig, sondern auch von herausragender Qualität, sehr gute Kaffee. Was diesen Aufenthalt jedoch unvergesslich macht, ist der Service. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie eine derartige Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich mit so viel Herz und Engagement um die Gäste, dass man sich sehr wertgeschätzt fühlt. Man spürt, dass es ihnen eine Herzensangelegenheit ist, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Hotel staff absolutely superb, best recommdetion i could give is, I will be back, would recommend the Devasom hotel to family and friends, see you all next year
