As instalações são impecáveis — tudo muito bem cuidado, com um charme clássico e ao mesmo tempo confortável. O ambiente transmite elegância e acolhimento na medida certa. É raro encontrar um hotel tão completo, onde cada detalhe é pensado com tanto cuidado. O Excelsior é, sem dúvida, um hotel comme il faut: sofisticado, aconchegante e inesquecível. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. The entire staff went above and beyond every one of our expectations in all categories. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with this hotel and it's entire staff. I would say that it's the best experience I have ever had from a customer service standpoint and I have stayed at some top notch hotels and resorts. They take great care and pride in their hotel and in ensuring that every guest has an amazing stay!

"Everything - if I needed sun I went to the beach, to cool down the pool, to relax I’d get a massage"

Everything about this hotel exceeded all expeditions. Breakfast, massage, the outdoor pools, the thermal pools, Turkish bath sauna steam room, getting a massage down to the housekeeping. It was wonderful. We felt more like family than guests. Walking around town was fantastic, the grounds of the hotel were spotless. The beach!! Just the most perfect place to unwind and feel taken care of. Could not recommend enough.

The images don’t do it justice. The gardens, the views of the sea, the exceptional staff, delicious food, spa facilities and the feeling that you are staying in your own home. Excelsior surpassed our expectations in almost every way. If you are thinking where to stay in Ischia, don’t hesitate to book this very special hotel. An important mention goes out to Antonio who, together with an incredible team, makes Excelsior a place you don’t want to leave.
