"The most wonderful getaway at a magical resort"

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was beyond attentive and so helpful in making sure we had anything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, the spa gorgeous, clean and rejuvenating. Breakfast was superb as was dinner. It was not far from the castle and downtown shops, but secluded enough to give you a private Oasis. This place was so fabulous we had to force ourselves to go site-seeing. Just book it! You will be happy that you did.

My only complaint was that I had to leave.

The Excelsior checked all the boxes: location, walking distance to castle, shopping, beach, bistros. Hospitality/ Service was an A+.

I loved every part of this hotel! There is nothing I didn't like.
