No lo disfrutamos por no poder asistir al restaurante( nunca han considerado dar ese servicio ya incluido y pagado como servicio al cuarto, solo cobrando el servicio de entrega adicional?)

Definitivamente la calidad del papel sanitario, deberían elevar su calidad aun cuando tuvieran que hacer un cargo extra en el costo de la habitación, lo considero un ahorro de costo equivocado contra el cliente por parte del hotel, usen Charmin Ultra Soft

Got last minute tickets to see Kylie Minogue in Guadalajara and drove over from Puerto Vallarta, which is easy on the finally-finished tollroad. The NH is in a nice part of Guadalajara/Zapopan, with restaurants all around. Very secure and quiet at night. The hotel staff is lovely, especially the front desk. We will return.

i like the room space, but shower water was so poor, iron does not worked properly

Excellent staff throughout the hotel…front desk, concierge, restaurant, room service, and housekeeping…everyone was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. The only thing that could be improved is the towels…the mostly old and worn towels are only thing that don’t fit in the otherwise great hotel.
