Tienen que mejorar la supervisión. En el restaurant cuando pedimos para cenar, nuestros platos llegaron desfasados. En el desayuno se terminaba algo y había que avisar para que repusieran. La oferta de al desayuno es muy limitada en pan, fiambres y quesos. En las habitaciones, todos los días se les olvidaba algo para el café: la crema, el endulzante, las cucharas etc.

NH Connections Hotel is located in a great spot, adjacent to a premier mall that includes El Palacio de Hierro, one of the most exclusive fashion stores in Mexico. Also, the hotel personnel at NH Connections in Monterrey/San Pedro are very helpful and attentive to the guests' interests, questions, and requests for assistance and information. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very complete and varied for someone who prefers a rich, filling breakfast. The hotel bar has a good selection of wines and beers, and its bartenders are ready to prepare good mixed drinks for you. Last, but not least, if one needs a taxi to go somewhere in the city or to the Monterrey airport, there is always a good option: use the hotel's taxi units, which are usually parked just outside. The taxis are safe, their drivers are friendly, and the service prices are very reasonable.

Las instalaciones muy bien, el cuarto de ba;o muy comodo, pero sobre todo nos sorprendio la atencion y amabilidad del personal en recepcion y en el area de bar, destacaria a Paola, Pablo y Jose, desafortunadamente no recuerdo el nombre de los demas, pero todos mostraron una excelente atencion ante nosotros, muchas felicidades !!!!

Había un pañal en el cuarto! Olor horrible

Opções do restaurante, cheguei para jantar, a pessoa na recepção ficou no celular por quase 10 minutos até que levantasse e viesse perguntar se eu queria algo. Fiz o pedido, depois de 10 minutos vieram avisar que não tinham o que pedi.

Perfect location directly in the mall. The breakfast is excellent, beyond our expectation.

Only the breakfast coffee need to improve a little, need to be a bit strong.

Hotel is clean and has great service and location
