Maison Tulum

Loved the vibe and colour of Maison Tulum. Great location near bus stop, but quiet. Clean and well managed. Gorgeous rooftop. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent cafe downstairs for coffee and omelette, or included continental breakfast.

Guillermo was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. His house is wonderful and we loved the roof top with the hammocks!

Everything was fine.

We loved the neighborhood. It was in an artsy part of town with lots of street art/murals. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby. And it was just a few blocks from the main boulevard through town. We loved that it was away from the "touristy" part of Tulum and much closer to people who actually lived in the city. The inner courtyard and rooftop garden where nice, along with the adjacent cafe that was open for breakfast and lunch. Our room had a bathroom sink and a little kitchenette sink. The room also had a mini-fridge and A/C. The staff was very nice.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room to reheat what was kept in the fridge.

Gostei muito da cama, muito confortável. O hotel é muito lindo e super organizado. Voltaria com certeza.

O chuveiro do banheiro não sai água adequadamente, acredito que precise de manutenção.

The property is super cute and peculiar and there's some friendly cats living there. There's a nice terrace to chill at with a couple of hammocks. The location is great to reach the center with a short walk and there's a super nice café just under (not part of maison Tulum but convenient to have). One of the two hosts was super friendly and nice.

The water pressure in the bathroom was so light we couldn't wash our hair and the so called "continental breakfast" consisted of two slices of bread + a packed single use butter and jam + a small apple each + some water, all left in the room fridge the day before, so that was a bit disappointing. We had breakfast at the cafè downstairs almost every day and it was lovely (extra charge as it was not part of Maison Tulum).

敷地に入ると街中とは別世界の可愛らしい空間。建物もお庭もテラスも素敵です。朝食はあらかじめ部屋の冷蔵庫に準備していただいていたので、朝すぐにセノーテに行き、戻ってシャワーをしてからチェックアウト出来ました。今回1泊しかできなかったのですが、1週間くらい泊まりたかったです。オーナーが日本語が堪能で、スペイン語のできない私たちに代わってタクシーをアレンジしていただけました。

The hotel looks like magic - very playful and beautiful! We loved the atmosphere! The host was friendly and gave us a handful of useful hints on what to see best around Tulum and how to best get there. Also it is perfectly located in the center and close to the ADO bus station which makes traveling so easy.
