"The Lombard Plaza Motel was a great location for our stay in San Francisco."

The location of the motel was great. Plus there was public transportation nearby the motel.

The shower head was broken, so I had to place a small wash cloth around the shower head to keep water from spraying all over the bathroom. I informed the inn keeper that the shower head needed new plumbers tape.

Le personnel qui a su trouver une solution pertinente à notre déconvenue.

Apparemment suite à une erreur de Booking, l'hôtel n'avait pas pris en compte notre réservation effectuée des mois auparavant. Le personnel nous a heureusement redirigé vers un autre motel dans la même rue et d'une qualité qui semble assez similaire (quoiqu'on puisse difficilement le vérifier...). Un weekend de Memorial Day, nous avons eu de la chance de pouvoir être relogés si proches. Malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre une meilleure note à cet hôtel car j'ai bien la confirmation de Booking, ce qu'ils ont eux-mêmes reconnu. Je poste cet avis surtout pour attirer la vigilance si ce genre de problème s'avère récurrent.
