Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy drive to Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39. Great location. Felt safe to walk around. Very helpful and accommodating front desk staff. FREE parking!

Our toilet ran a bit. On the last night of our stay there was a few cars of people from neighboring bars at 1:30am yelling and fighting for about an hour.

Location was great. nice to have parking and it felt safe. Walking distance to our favorite Marina Resturants and the cutest little harry potter bar was right next door.

Wasn't quite what I was expecting based on the pictures. Rooms were very bare, but did the job. The hotel does not carry extra pillows or blankets, so they could not supply that request. Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of cleaner upon entering.
