I had stayed with my son and found the place warm and comfortable. So close to walk to the botanical gardens. Also amazing communication with staff, very friendly and easy check in.

"Great central location, clean and tidy room."

Great central location and was welcomed nicely on arrival. Nice quiet private studio. Easy to heat with both a heater and heat pump which was great to beat the evening chill. Would recommend to friends looking for a motel in Dunedin.

The unit itself was a little dated and the shower slippery.

"Excellent space to work and be close to everything I needed."

The location was great - close to my son’s flat, the beautiful gardens and the supermarket. The owners were friendly and helpful and the room was quiet.
