Great location lovely room couldn’t fault it at all.

The rooms are lovely & clean, smell nice,decent size and quiet.

No negatives

Lovely big attic room with a large bathroom. Well equipped with teas maid/ fridge and shower gels , a very well presented bedroom wouldn't hesitate to use again. Everything was txt to me for a simple arrival, and i txt a question about the parking permit which was answered straight away.

Shower worked well but only a small cubicle...no elbow room , but worked well and instant hot water

Great location, room was clean and cosy.

Would have been nice to see the owners. But overall we had a great stay

We both loved everything about it! The layout was perfect, the location was perfect, Lidl just down the road, great short walk into Whitby! We are definitely looking to come back here in the future! Tea and coffee facilities were on point, we even had a little balcony in our room which was perfect for breakfast with a sea view (even if it’s foggy it’s great!). Absolutely perfect :)

Nothing we can think of!

Good location with parking. Very good size room immaculately clean equipped with everything you could need. Loved the TV with Netflix Prime etc. very quiet and secure.

Bit cold at times the heating came on at strange times but it wasn’t a big thing

Location good

The accomodation was very good, location excellent. Clean and ready for us. Communication was very good if we needed any further assistances.
