According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

* O quarto tem ótimas dimensões e ambientes bem marcados, ainda que os equipamentos sejam mínimos * A limpeza na unidade ficou bem evidente * Recepção com pessoas super atenciosas e com flexibilidade para ajustar a minha reserva, a partir da necessidade de reduzir o meu tempo de estada na cidade

* A internet de fácil conexão deixou um pouco a desejar… alguns arquivos nem tão “pesados” demoraram um pouco para abrir * A higiene no café da manhã ficou devendo, os jogos americanos disponíveis nas mesas estavam precisando de uma boa limpeza; havia fartura de alimentos mas senti falta de café expresso e de itens de preparo na hora como omeletes e tapiocas; e o sabor em si também deixou um pouco a desejar * Nos quartos havia sinais, como restos de tintas, evidenciando a realização de manutenções, mas com um descuido inexplicável * Incomodaram dois pontos: a falta de iluminação e espelho mais focado para maquiagem e barba; toalhas de banho e de rosto da mesma cor em suite de casal.
