Debbie was so nice and let me check in early and it's very hospitable even all for me some of her family's Italian cake 👍

After staying 3 knights.. Booked online the first night paid cash to Debbie the second knight at a great price during the week and on Debbie's day off the desk clerk raised the price by $35 and was not very hospitable to me, I was going to call Deb but didn't want to bother her so I checked out just because the price I was given which was cheeper online & I am a repeat guest and was upset because the higher rate still a weekday and no commission for paying for another nite in person s/b cheaper!!! But love the suite and enjoy my stay 💯

The room was exactly as described on the website. The kitchenette included a range top, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine, plus plates, cups, and cutlery. There was dish soap and rags in the kitchen as well.

Everything at the Hy-Land is spread out, so walking from the room to the office or the the pool is a bit of a hike but not terrible. The other thing that was inconvenient is that there are no sidewalks on the East end of Mechanic Street, so walking to shops and restaurants is awkward even though Main Street is closeby.

The room did not feel clustered like a lot of hotel rooms usually do. The bed was also very comfortable
