It was out of town and elevated with rear views and space.

The road to the property was very steep and narrow.

Stunning location with sea views. Accessible to all major tourist destinations. The hosts John and Wendy were very friendly. Hospitable and extremely knowledgeable about places to visit and eat. We found their information very helpful for the first time visitors like us.

Excellent location for our purposes. Breakfast very good and owners friendly and gave us some good information about where to visit and local restaurants. We will return 😄

EXCELLENT location, accommodations, breakfasts, travel and site suggestions, and OUTSTANDING hosts!! Undoubtedly one of the best B&B stays we have ever had!! Spotless, spacious, carefully and fully updated, and wonderfully comfortable! John and Wendy went out of their way to assist us in every way possible and were absolutely INVALUABLE in helping set up our travel schedule and lining up wonderful places to dine.

To steep a hill to get to property ok in car not walking

We stayed in the sea view suite which had a comfortable sitting area downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Absolutely stunning accommodation with sea views from both the living area and the bedroom. We booked very last minute for our wedding anniversary and arrived to find a bottle of prosecco and biscuits in our room which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Wendy and John were so helpful and recommended restaurants and places to visit. Wendy also drove us down into Llandudno for our anniversary meal. We loved that our breakfast table was in our suite so we were able to eat breakfast in our own room. The breakfasts were wonderful with plenty of choice. The accommodation is situated at the top of a hill with stunning views. The access road is steep and narrow but we did not find it to be an issue. It's worth it for the view and peace and quiet. A top class B&B. Thank you Wendy and John.
