Convenient, clean and very helpful and friendly staff.

Just a minor thing but a suitcase stand would be helpful, rather than the floor. Also there was a hiccup with getting our room serviced.

Staff were very good and attentive. Food in the evening was very good

Room was very hot, even with the heating off. There was a strong musty smell in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness of the property was not great and looks like it could do with a good deep clean. some areas throughout the property could do with a little makeover.

The atmosphere was good, made to feel very welcome, good facilities and a very good room overlooking fields.

Large room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was well cooked and presented.

Bathroom was dated. Noisy road at front of hotel.

It was convenient

The boiler room was against our wall the other half of the en-suite wall. It kept on switching on and off with a vibratory rumble noise which impacted in our room! We complained and the management said it was on a timer ! We were tired and went to bed early - it certainly was back on circa 6am. Not what we would expect for deluxe room!The en-suite basin plug did not work again not what you want if you wet shave?

Nice hotel/pub with friendly staff and comfortable room. Nice touch adding guest name to the welcome letter in the room.

The food was good, but the vegetarian options were very limited.
