We had a very nice stay! The hotel is very clean, had cookies every night! The breakfast was pretty standard, not bad. The hand sprayer in the shower needs attention. Toilet paper could be a better brand. One elevator was out the whole week and another person staying there said it’s an ongoing issue, he’s been there before and it was broken, fixed for a day, then broken again. The TV stations were really good, as was the large screen. Staff was very friendly and we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

"Loud doors and thin ceilings "

Clean, but not quiet. The floors seem to be like living in an apartment with hard wood floors above you. Every movement from the people above us was loud. Definitely not concrete between the floors! Also the doors are extremely heavy and slam really loudly. In addition, I had to use towels and washcloths to cover all the various places that shot light into the room while trying to sleep. The amount of light that came from under the door was really bright. Tons of little glowing lights from clocks and electronics ...I have never had this amount from a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. But the loudness and lights brought it down to a 3 star for me.

"Good stay near Saint Louis"

I stayed at the hotel before visiting St. Louis. I had a good stay. I also did laundry there. The service at reception was good. They changed me money for quarters. I also got from them a frozen meal to eat while doing the laundry. The price was higher than in the supermarket, but not overly high. They recognized me as a gold member and I received my two items (coke and snack) while checking in. Many hotels do not. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. Breakfast was standard. No cut fruit, unfortunately. A good stay. I will definitely consider staying there again on my next trip to Saint Louis.

Very clean - wonderful customer service. Right next to Washington university hospital. If you need to make a vist . 20 minutes to the zoo and Botanical Gardens
