Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e disponíveis.

As instalações estão a necessitar de reforma, maior parte da instalação é em pladur a necessitar de melhoramentos, as portas dos quartos fazem muito barulho a fechar, não são de todo um hotel de 4 estrelas e a comida de fraca qualidade.

El poder viajar con mascota,el que nos dejaran estar después de la salida en la piscina del hotel.El trato del personal atentos para cada cosa que necesitamos.

La limpieza de las habitaciones. El ascensor es pequeño para acceder a la planta superior con silla de ruedas,además de no tener ningún sitio donde poder agarrarse ( yo acompañaba a una persona discapacitada y no tenía donde sujetarse para entrar en el ascensor)

After reading some reviews I was a little bit panicked about our trip. I was wrong nothing to worry about. When we arrived check in was quick and easy. Tourist tax was only 14 euros for both of us for the week. We had a drink in the bar the waiter automatically added 3 euros service charge which I found a bit cheeky. Needless to say was the last drink we had in the hotel bar. The rooms were cleaned everyday and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Some more drawers would have been good but not a problem. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. The only issue a couple of times things ran out bacon/ fried eggs. Even though we sat there finishing our food a good 20 minutes they still weren't replaced. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is in the perfect spot for the beach and surrounds and restaurants. Overall a very good holiday I would happy return .

Fui passar 2 dias com o meu cão e os funcionários foram todos muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Pude tomar o pequeno almoço e circular livremente pelo hotel sem problema. Será a minha escolha sempre que voltar com o meu cão!

The style of the hotel was really nice e and cool, gave it a modern and stylish Moroccan vibe. It was also very.clkse to the beach and good restaurants.

Could have been a bit cleaner and my sink broke, didn't flush. Had to be fixed but they did it straight away.
