Hotel Villa Escudier

Paris was hot and very crowded, so we especially enjoyed this quiet and beautiful hotel. The small garden where breakfast is served is surrounded by pretty flowers. The walk to the next metro (Boulogne Jean Jaures) takes around 10 min by foot. Get some drinks for your fridge to enjoy them in the court yard at night, since there is no service for lunch/dinner/drinks. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, easy checkin and checkout. 10 EUR gets you a substantial breakfast brought to your room at the time you choose (bread, croissant, pain au choc, jams and butter, choice of hot beverage and juice). Good wifi.

It was easy and comfortable; the breakfast was very nice and delivered to my room each morning. The wifi was great.

Stayed there for 8 nights in total. Overall good experience. The hotel is nestled in a quite neighbourhood of Boulogne-Billancourt. Rooms are not big, but decent size for single person traveling or couple. Beds are comfy. In room amenities a bit old but functional. Price wise, it's ok. Neighbourhood is great, peaceful, a lot of restaurants, bistros, kebab shops, supermarkets, typical bakeries and very close to metro Jean-Jaures (line 10). Metro ride to Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysée very easy and quick. Staffs were good. However, on the downside, rooms are not properly isolated. It can get very annoying at night since you can hear people walking, talking and even smell people smoking…

It's in a quite rustic setting. Rooms are ok. Small but cute. However, very noisy. A lot of people smashing doors. Rooms are not well isolated as I could here people talk all night!!! Also, the concierge barge in my room at 1 a.m as he was showing the room to some people?! He didn't apologize…But, overall service and staff were good.

worked really well, close to meeting location, clean and friendly

we stayed here one night to see Paris and then continue our road trip to Italy. When we arrived we found we couldn't use the underground car park because there was a height limit and our vehicle wouldn't fit with the roof box on so we had to park on the road and pay which was cheap, but confusing because the pay machines were in the process of being changed. The hotel itself is lovely being set back from the road with a beautiful garden to sit in and the staff are very pleasant. The rooms themselves are quite small, but very comfortable and there is a small lift to help with luggage. The metro station to Paris is a short walk away and you have to change once to get to the main sites like the Eiffel Tower. We also found an excellent Chinese restaurant nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. We booked a room for 4 persons, assigned an apartment 100m away in another residential block, so my comments do not relate to the main hotel. Nice apartment, though a bit aged inside. Full kitchen and has an affordable community laundry nearby. Hotels.com had communication problem with the hotel and promised buffet breakfast however this small petit boutique hotel doesn't even have a restaurant, but the management is so nice and offered us breakfast anyway. A pleasant stay. Thank you.

Room was newly refinished, quiet area in Paris suburb. Very close to metro line 10, but 30 min ride to cluny. Worked for us as we are a family of 5.

The hotel is off the street and very quiet in beautiful flower -filled gardens. The staff are helpful and the rooms spacious, We are certainly going back there.
