Cleanliness was good smelt nice bed was a bit old sagged in the middle I felt they could e bit more accomodating on the time to get in the room as one hour before made it rather tight would have appreciated a bit more flexibility

I was put in a disabled room and there was no curtain on the front door so no privacy didn’t feel comfortable at night with the light on as people could see straight through
