The host Joanne was really accommodating and welcoming. The house/ property itself was really unique and cozy. I had never stayed in a Victorian style home before. Also the location was top notch. It was right next to the beach and just a 5 min walk to the Washington Street Mall.

The ramp to the driveway was a little steep but I guess that's what I get for owning a low car haha.

"Stay was great."

Location. Joe was great. Port before bed

Was there in winter and the heat situation was uncomfortable. Heater worked fine but as the house is old I’m sure insulation is not great. So it would go on and off all nite.

Joanne the innkeeper was amazing. She was pleasant, well informed and served us the most delicious breakfast. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. I would highly recommend this venue.

Never made it to the Inn

Let me explain. On the morning we were scheduled to take the ferry over for a two day stay at the B & B. That morning I fell and hit my head on the sliding glass in our room. Due to age this necessitated a visit to the ER in OC. Upon release , we had missed the Ferry and I was not feeling up to the stay. We called the inn and informed them what had happened and that we wouldn't be able to make it. They said they would try to rent the room but if not we were liable for the two day stay. In said I understood. I understand that its a business and they are VERY clear on their refund policy when you make your reservation. Teachable moment. Sorry that we didn't get to enjoy our stay. In the future I will purchase travel insurance . At 74 things like this happen and I wouldn't have lost a sizable amount of money.
