I love the atmosphere of the place. Mostly friendly people. Second time staying there... wont be booking through this app again as whatever I requested I was denied so not overly happy about that !!

Wanted and thought id paid for a cabin but got put in a tiny room instead. New bathroom is great but a few things weren't up to scratch. Im a cleaner and they obviously dont clean their bins it was filthy, and the 1 chair was pretty disgusting also. I did take pics...

Went to Pt Augusta Dicovery Park to pick up Family member, who was staying in a Cabin, as his Car was stolen, as well as personal items. Upon booking in he was given pin number to security gate ( but was not advised gate was not operational )...!! Pt Augusta Police very helpful. Upon booking out, staff asked if he had a good stay??! Disgusting.DONT STAY HERE!
