The location was great for what we needed.

The air conditioner was falling out of the wall and extremely noisy. Floor was sooo uneven the fridge door was hard to open. Fridge was not keeping anything cold. Cupboards/benches falling apart. Needs a LOT of maintenance!

Park is quiet

For the price I expected a spotless room. Unfortunately these rooms are just wiped over quickly. There is no real cleaning happening which leads to poor quality rooms. The room I was assigned had mould, run down cracked flooring, gaps around very old aircon units with exposed pipes, no heating in the room for those cold evenings and nights...there really is no excuse to have such old styled aircon units with no heating, dirt/mud/filth build up in the corners, greasy dusty dirty fan, damaged power sockets and light switches, flickering lights, microwave old and stained with the smell of burn, one lamp in bedroom, marks and filth on every wall... just to mention a few. I've stayed in each style of room you offer and many others around karratha and for the price I expect better. This is still a "superior" room. Not a budget room. The only reason I continue to book here on the odd occasion is because my travel is short notice with nothing else available. These places used to be around 100 a night and you could accept the short falls but at 350 a night..... you need to do better.

Over priced cubby hole, actually one room divided into three. Sinking beds. AC in the room probably not serviced for ages, I had to clean the filter to get some kind of air flow going. No space to park, basically free for all.

Good location, unit was spacious.

Unit is poorly furnished. The lounge room tv was tiny. The tv remote in the first bedroom was missing batteries. The front lounge room window was missing blinds, leaving us exposed to the street outside (we were three females staying alone). There was an inadequate amount of pillows.
