Hôtel Le Dauphin Saint-Hyacinthe

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Area was safe and restaurants close.

This is my 3rd time staying here for business trips and it’s always my favourite hotel to stay at. Very clean, comfortable and friendly and in a grey location too!

Love the location and amenities at this property.

Sadly, I was sick with Covid during the day. With the exception of the staff on the day that I left ( I was half an hour late. They were as miserable as sin about that, saying it wasn’t possible to be a further 1/2 hour beyond noon - I said ‘well unfortunately I still have things in the room!’ Magically I was granted 1-2 and hour! There was no passion for someone who was clearly struggling to get out the room due to being unwell. I was at the hotel three nights. Breakfast was very good. I did my best to keep away from other guests - made possible by the large breakfast room. it was a good place to be sick - hopefully won’t need to do that again.

Great location off highway, close to Montreal and quiet room. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Good continental breakfast options. Secure on-site parking. Good value, would stay again

A bit old outside but inside is very clean and modern and up to date. Very nice rooms. I recommend this hotel

Clean and simple.

Everything was very good but in comparison to similar level hotels the breakfast was very poor and cheap. Other properties provide more hot options.
