Hôtel Le Dauphin Saint-Hyacinthe

Our hotel of choice for road trips. Great value, nice rooms, nice staff, good free breakfast, very safe, controlled pkg, very close to hi-way, and walking distance to various dining/shopping&SAQ.

Night staff was not nice. Our air conditioning wasn’t working we ask for help they were not helpful.

Excellent check in experience. Excellent location for the hotel with numerous restaurant brand choices and many anemities. I can definately return to this hotel.

The property was fine. Clean and hospitable Staff. Walking distance to restaurants which was great. The room was a good size.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, great water pressure in showers, we had a slight ant problem in our bathroom on night three but nothing too serious (we were a ground floor unit)

It was the usual service level we are accustomed with at this location.

At the continental breakfast, I noticed a staff always stood at the window in the kitchen overlooking the buffet, making sure the guests did not help themselves to too much food or drink. It made me feel that I was 'stealing' when I prepared a tray for my husband who has issues with standing and walking, and another tray for myself.
