Lovely room, very comfoertable and warm. Great location close to the pier and a nice walk in the town centre. Tony and Paul were very welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay again if we visit Brighton again.

From the moment you step through the door, you’re transported into a beautifully curated time capsule—where retro glamour meets modern luxury in the most joyful way. The interiors are nothing short of spectacular. Every room is a masterclass in 1970s design: think rich velvet furnishings, bold geometric wallpapers, statement lighting, and perfectly chosen vintage accents that feel authentic rather than gimmicky. It is playful, stylish, and joyful, yet it’s balanced with impeccable attention to comfort. The bed was beyond comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. What truly elevates this hotel however, is the exceptional service. What a lovely bloke Tony is, who strikes that rare and wonderful balance between attentive and unobtrusive. From personalized recommendations for restaurants and bars to making sure you have enough coffee every interaction feels warm, genuine, and tailored. You’re not just a guest here, you are welcomed like an old friend returning home. The location in Kemptown is ideal: moments from the seafront, independent boutiques, and some of Brighton’s best cafés, restaurants and incredible flea market. Yet once inside, the hotel feels like a private sanctuary. In short, this is more than a place to stay; it’s an experience. I would not stay anywhere else in Brighton now. Do not hesitate to book it.

Playful decor, central Kemptown location, cosy bed, and the owner Paul is super lovely, accommoding, great recommends and communicated brilliantly.

Double bed is a cosy fit. There are rooms with queens and next time I'll book one of those.
