Wellington Inn

We stayed for one night as a celebration and had a wonderful stay. It is located in beautiful surroundings, the room itself was lovely and very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed trying the local gin & beer, before a delicious meal in the restaurant, where we had a stunning view out over the surrounding countryside.

What’s not to like?! We were only sad to be only staying one night!

A lovely place. We had dinner and breakfast here and both were lovely. The staff were amazing, I have never seen a team work so well together which meant the service to us customers was superb.

Location and staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Room furniture wasn't great. No hot water in the wash basin. Shower was hot though?

Plenty of room to park our car, room excellent and very clean with attention to detail to ensure our stay was comfortable. Tissues provided, earplugs because room was over the inn, tea, coffee and biscuit's etc ,etc, Breakfast was excellent and staff welcoming and courteous.

It was an inn which obviously is very popular with the locals so a bit noisy but that comes with the territory .

It was located in a lovely area, beautiful scenery. Lovely clean hotel, food was amazing.

Only 1 problem is that when we checked in the receptionist came over quite rude and we were hurried along, no information sheet given to us for our stay. All the other staff that we saw and spoke to were amazing, hard working and polite.

Lovely location , although a little remote. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and restaurant food .😋

The sofa in the bedroom was not very stable. It would be helpful to have a lower mirror in bedroom so those who are not as tall can see in the mirror whilst seated on the stool to use hairdryer.
